Consultation with our sleep specialist are 1 hour long. These appointments are for those that are not sure what their sleep problem is and want advice. After you have purchased your consultation one of the appointments team will call you to book a convenient time for the appointment to occur. Another helpful points is Sleep Disorders Clinic is very flexible, and has appointments throughout the working day, including evenings and weekends. During each appointment a sleep and medical history will be taken and at the end the sleep specialist will discuss a management plan with you.

The Sleep Disorders Clinic has a national reach. That is why we offer both Face to Face appointments at our Harley Street Clinic in addition to our Telephone Consultations. While we often recommend these slots for people that may be suffering from sleep problems not otherwise described. These include insomnia, sleep walking, sleep talking and any other abnormal behaviours that may be occurring in your sleep. Some of the questions we ask will be around how others perceive you whilst you are asleep. And the best place to get this information is from partners or parents, and in most cases provide the most essential information. Especially relevant is a current medications list because medications impact sleep in many different ways. If you would like any help or advice please call the clinic and speak to a member of the team on the telephone number above. Please note, consultations are not required before a sleep study as theses already include a follow up discussion.
